About this app

"UNIVERGE Anywhere Access Client" is a client application dedicated to services provided by NEC.
You can use email, schedule, address book, etc. via our cloud environment.
Even if you access company data from your device, no information is left on the device, so even if you lose your device, you don't have to worry about information leaking.

■Features of anywhere access
・Do not leave data on the device, do not download files or other data, and do not pass data outside of the Anywhere Access app.
・Can be linked with various cloud services as well as on-premise systems
- Can be flexibly set according to the policies of each contracting company, such as whether or not copy and paste is allowed and available time settings.
・Achieve efficient work by using compressed small communication units and a unique UI that is easy to operate and has a light display even on small screens.

It works with various cloud services and on-premises systems to enable secure use of email, schedules, address books, telephone calls, and various web applications.
[Unique features that do not require collaboration partners]
A phone directory/business chat that can be displayed in a hierarchical manner is included as a standard feature of Anywhere Access, which does not require a partner service.
[File display]
When viewing Office files, you can use Anywhere Access's unique document viewer function to convert them to PDF, making them harmless and reducing display distortion. You can also remove passwords and view password-protected Zip files, 7-Zip files, and Office files with passwords directly attached.
[Incoming call display]
Even if there are no contacts registered in the device's local phone book, you can display the caller by referring to the phone book service in Access from anywhere. Furthermore, the displayed company name and name of the caller will not be recorded in the device's local call history.
[Secure Browser]
Compatible with display of various web applications. Single sign-on can be applied when logging in, and it also supports WindowOpen with parent-child relationships.

■Core functions
・Address book function
You can register new contacts, display a list, search, etc. (Data is saved on the server)
・Block unknown phone numbers
This function blocks incoming calls from phone numbers that are not registered in the in-app phonebook.
This function uses READ_CALL_LOG authority.
・Access to internal groupware
You can use email, calendar, contacts, view Office files, etc.
・Access to internal resources
You can view files on file servers, browse websites, etc.
・Whitelist ・Blacklist
This function determines the installation status of specific apps on the device and restricts the use of Anywhere Access apps.
By receiving the whitelist/blacklist from the server when logging in and comparing it with the list of apps installed on the device, if it is a blacklist, you will be logged out if the specified app is installed, and if it is a whitelist, you will be logged out. will log you out if the app is not installed.
This function uses the QUARY_ALLPACKAGE privilege.

A separate contract is required to use this app.
For information on operations such as logging in, copying and pasting, and using new features, please contact your access administrator anywhere in your company.
