Ratings and reviews

It couldn't work at all the first time I used it. It kept asking me for a QR code although I had directly accessed it from the partner app. I had to uninstall the app and restart my phone, and repeat the entire process again through the partner app, before it actually worked. what should have taken me 2 minutes ended up being a 15 minute process as I tried to troubleshoot over and over.

Frustrating experience. Once it came to reading the id with the chip, the reading never stopped. I canceled it after more than 10 minutes of waiting (there's no information of what is going on), and now I can not restart the process or delete or edit the old one.

After downloading the app, going through the lengthy process of verification and waiting 10 minutes for all my submitted data to be verified, something still went wrong with the process and I had to verify by letter anyway. Trying to subsequently delete my sensitive personal data (id card, selfie video, DOB) is overly complicated and involves agreeing to submit more personal data through their 3rd party email provider. Waste of time.

What's new

The Nect Wallet dashboard has been revised and redesigned. It offers an enhanced overview of your digital identity, previous cases, signed documents and much more.
The wallet function for reusing the online identity has been further optimized and now offers an even more convenient user experience.
In the eID process, we now inform our users even more transparently about which data is read and transmitted and for what purpose.
Errors and crashes reported to us by users have been fixed.
