Very bad service from Neeta Tours and services, this is 3rd time I am facing this issues, everytime I book ticket from Mumbai to Pune at 5.40am they cancel the ticket and give me other bus early time. I thought neeta is very professional and trusted service provider for Mumbai to Pune bus service. Very much disappointed and frustrated

Booked an Ac bus but in between the journey they have asked to adjust in the other bus(either than neeta) ... And the staff members were so rude that they haven't responded and when they reply they replied in a rude manner... And this is the second time I'm facing the issue with the neeta travels...

If there is option to give rating with zero star.. I would have selected that only. Currently I am traveling from Ahmedabad to Mumbai with Neeta travels.. bus condition from inside is very bad, no cleaning, no curtains, and water on seats. On top of this response of executive is so pathetic, telling us that water is of AC.. whether it is from AC or rain water.. why customer has to suffer? For this kind of service do you charge 1500? I will never travel from this traveller in future.
