Extremely frustrated with the Net+ Smart Telephony app. The app consistently fails to connect calls, and when it does work, it’s unreliable. Features such as voicemail, call forwarding, call management, and call waiting are completely broken. Additionally, logging into the app is a slow and frustrating experience. I don't understand why Net+ hasn't taken any action to improve or redesign the app with expert resources. If these problems persist, it will certainly affect customer retention.

App need lot of improvements and have some bugs. please work on it 1. I'm unable to receive call even after allowing permission to display over other apps. 2. When Bluetooth headphones are connected, there is no option to hear the call via headphones. By default it is Headset or you can put it on speaker. Please fix these 2 issues. And the app is good to rock 👍
