- Disabled people: People with severe disabilities (severe disabilities) or citizens who have difficulty using public transportation due to temporary disabilities (with medical certificate, doctor's opinion)
- Senior citizens: Those over 65 who have difficulty using public transportation among citizens who have a certificate of long-term care for the elderly
- Pregnant women who cannot use public transportation, temporary wheelchair users
Usage fee:
- Basic fare 500 won up to 2 km / 100 won per 1 km in excess
- Fees for outside use vary by region
