RIDE-HAILING
Ride-hailing allows customers to book door to door transport by connecting them with Nham24’s drivers.

Nham24 Buy & Sell is a free classified ads service. Customers can buy and sell items, cars, properties, clothes, furniture, appliances and find or offer jobs in your area.

Ratings and reviews

The service itself if decent, the drivers always show up on time and are polite. Once I had a new driver who got lost and I received my food two hours late, but I was refunded the entire amount. My issue is with the app itself - it's slow and laggy and drops frames everywhere. It feels like an un-optimized React Native implementation that needs performance work. Sometimes scrolling through the lists are janky (frames dropped). Sometimes, I'm randomly logged out for no reason, sometimes it crashes in the order progress / map view. My biggest gripe is my favorites list doesn't display properly - I have about 20 places saved to favorites, but usually the list shows the same 10 places over and over in an infinite scroll. The favorites list should show all favorites, and be finite.

Very bad customer service. Their agent is useless, not even helpful at all, the response time was very slow and the agent has a very poor knowledge about their work, and can't even communicate properly. The app is great just remove the CS.

I cannot see the messages from the agents in my live chat. The message appears in my drop down menu but when I tap on it the message disappears. Tonight I was trying to deal with an agent and it was totally confusing for me. I ended up starting and restarting the live chat. As a result I have no idea what the agent said to me. Please fix this problem. Also my delivered order gave me a notification to say order placed, had to contact live chat to get them to cancel it....guys too many issues!!
