Downgraded to a 1 star. Same issue as a lot of others, cant get into my account to view tickets. App went downhill this year. Frequently freezes, have to authenticate very often to see my tickets. Redirects back to a browser to see tickets. I've been a season ticket holder for 8 years, and the app worked great for the previous 7. They should revert back to the old app.

This has to be one of the crappiest upgrade to the NHL app. I am constantly fighting with this app. My tickets sometimes load using the My Account link. Most of the time they don't. Today I've spent over an hour trying to access them and they just don't load. Last years version was 100% better than the garbage we have today... August 28. I still cannot access my tickets through the wild app.

This app is sooo frustrating. I am not entirely sure how I will be able to go to any games. I have reinstalled it ten times with the same results, when I go to see my tickets, it authenticates me into TicketMaster ALWAYS asking if I want to link accounts, I say yes, then a blank white screen. Good luck first game Wild, people going to be pissed they can't see their tix.
