Does almost exactly what I want. The only issue is the fine tuning placement. I would like more fine control of up/down/left/right. The standard contol gives too much movement, too quickly. Also, when the screen rotates, the ring rotates, too, moving it away from the set location

Works well, could use some features. Placement is challenging, but it does work. What is like to see, is the ability to stop the spinning. The animation timer can go faster and slower, but it would be great to go more slowly, or stop entirely.
