had a packers and movers booked through app. they call you a 100 times to book, take the payment in advance, but won't share the invoice with you. have been demanding invoice for the past 1 week. have not received it yet. if you can ask customers for quicker payments and bother them 100 times to get your service, help them once when they actually have a problem.

Get on a bike or car and roam around, find a flat. Tried using paid version, they change rent in the listing after we like a flat and argue that it's been the price since beginning, they don't listen even if I show the link they shared in the in-app chat, which had the price. Same flat, we gave because of their games, someone random called and asked for confirmation, said thanks without me confirming. Multiple people keep spamming with calls, no clarity on who's who and what they do.
