With the ShadeAuto App, you can easily find your perfect shade position using your smart devices with the tap of a button or through automated operation. Automate all your window coverings by creating schedules designed around your lifestyle.

The ShadeAuto App provides intelligent operation and convenience in your home and caters to a wide range of window treatments. It supports a variety of shade types, including shutters, cellular shades, top-down bottom-up shades (dual motor), day & night honeycomb shades (dual motor), roller shades, Romans, and PerfectSheer shades.

This app requires a ShadeAuto Hub for operation.

Create a Scene with customized shade position for a single room or combine Scenes into Multiple Scene for the entire home. Activate effortlessly with one touch to manage your natural lighting and privacy needs throughout the day.

•SCHEDULE
Set Schedules to activate scenes automatically at desired times of day. Easily enable or disable your Schedules to match your daily routine.

•DEVICE STATUS OVERVIEW
Quickly check shade information on the device status summary page for the battery levels and connectivity of all devices in all rooms. Prompt users to take necessary actions if any device with low battery or disconnected.

•COMPLETE CONTROL FROM ANYWHERE
Always know what position your shades are in real-time feedback. Control your window coverings and manage your scenes without being at home. This requires a stable internet connection and initial in-home setup in advance.

Ratings and reviews

App works well once everything is configured. Configuration with the hub was a lumpy process last year, but once completed things work nicely. Would be very helpful if the order of the scene groups could be changed. Right now you can change the order of scenes within the groups, but not the order of groups themselves. My most often used scenes are in the "Multi Scene" group which is at the bottom of the scene group list and that is a bit annoying.

Excellent way to control my Norman honeycomb blinds! The hub also integrated easily to Google for voice control of individual. Only feedback to the developer would be to allow creating rooms and assigning blinds to the same irrespective of remotes. Currently if you have one remote for the whole house it only allows one room and adds all the blinds in there. This is silly as with Google home integration and this phone app, I don't really need a remote for every room, the remote is just a backup.

App works reasonably well. Two things coukd be better. The sync with the hub seems delayed and it is too easy to cause a split brain when doing things too quickly. More importantly, I cannot make notifications on my phone show uo, like low battery. The app has the right permissions 🤷‍♀️
