The Great Work app from O.C. Tanner makes recognition easy when you are on-the-go. Simply sync the app to your organisation's performance programme to get started. The app will allow users to give eCards, submit nominations, approve or decline nominations, complete presentations, and order an award among other things.

And don’t worry, once the app is synced, all of your unique programme configurations are applied ensuring that recognition from the app is just as seamless and easy as it is online. The secure Great work app makes recognition quick, fun, and best of all, accessible from anywhere.

Please note, to use the Great Work app, you must be a participant in your company’s recognition program.

Ratings and reviews

Excellent app gives me the ability to recognize coworkers accomplishments on the go, as well as redeem my own points. My only complaint is that when searching through rewards it doesn't display all items, you scroll to the bottom of the 'page and that is all. You don't have the option to go to the next page or to view additional items. There are more rewards but you can't view them through continuous scrolling.

Your app sucks. Nobody on Android can redeem points because all it says is "Redirecting to home page..." This has been an issue for months if not closer to a year and you all have yet to resolve it. People have been reporting this problem over and over and yet you won't get it fixed. Don't be sorry, be better!

Feedback Update: Just an idea if one can add Cadillac Fairview malls gift card. That would cover so many stores and brands! *** *** *** *** Since a month, i have to add pairing code each time i log in. Is there a fix ? Besides this irritant, it's a great appreciation app! Great app during the pandemic. I can sit down, have my coffee and with a clear and inspired spirit, send a note of appreciation :)
