Was able to complete the setup. There seems to be some issue with selecting a photo during the setup. Skipping that step seems to have fixed the problem. When logging in via the website, the photo shows, but it seems to not stay in the photo window in the app. I have access to my contacts now and can invite patients. I am not clear on what that does, as I was under the impression they would not need to download or install anything. Perhaps they are agreeing to receive SMS from me?

Hi Garin - Sometimes that happens when there's a connectivity issue during registration. Can you try the following? 1.Log out of OhMD and swipe the app closed 2. Go to your phone's app settings and in OhMD go to the Storage/Memory settings and clear the data/cache 3. Uninstall and download the latest version of OhMD. Register again. Let us know!

This app was working great and now all of a sudden I can't even open it. it is crashing every time. I was expecting my doctor to message me back with test results regarding baby and I can't even get in to see the results. Huge inconvenience since I message the doctor at random parts of the day...usually when they're closed. update - the app is working again! I love out when its working and it's only been down this one ti.es which was due to the phone bring too new for the app

Wanted to like this but I hate it. Have to uninstall and reinstall each time to see messages. Ill get notifications of messages, but when I go in app its a blank screeen. I have tried clearing cache, turning wifi on and off, only thing that works is uninstalling and reinstalling. All my coworkers with android phones have same ongoing issue. Super frustratung when you need to dep on app for work.
