The app works well as an online ordering system, but that's all it does. It still needs some testing and refinement. for example, you cannot "empty" your cart once you've started to order, and that makes it hard to start over or cancel. I'd like to see Boston Market expand its VIP program into the app. I frequently use coupons that are emailed to me, and it would be nice to access them here. The ownership team can also show they appreciate me as a repeat customer, by providing app rewards.

The app itself does need some adjusting and tweaking... not all desert options are available for example. The coupon option DOES work... and works perfectly well contrary to a lot of other reviews- HOWEVER, this is assuming you've read the details. A lot of coupons are only available in-store and will not be recognized. The app is also not exactly the prettiest flashiest thing going- but personally I couldn't care less since I've literally never had a bad meal regardless of any complications.

App won't allow me to sign up. Keeps giving failure notices without any reasons for the failure. The birthday starts on today's date (WHY?!) and forces you to pick the year on a spinner, so anyone over the age of 20 has to spin the thing a dozen times... while trying not to hit the "cancel" button directly under the year. It also has a completely useless "continue as guest" option that doesn't allow you to order without logging in. This app fails on both technical and design grounds.
