I feel like the product has potential but I have so many issues with my device working correctly. I even had to pay to replace it. Got the replacement and the same problem with the last one. Shame I waisted a couple grand on this that doesn't work right. It did help on certain areas as far as stretch marks. I was getting results but the thing never works anymore. If the product worked like it was supposed to I would give it 5 stars. I am an ambassador for this company but didn't matter, sad

It works very bad, when the time goes up it turns on an alarm that you cannot turn off unless I turn off the phone, also it desconects and then it ereased all the info... At least for Android doesn't work properly.

Not enough instructions and what intructions you gave aren't clear.....need product usage...in order and detailed for each product I purchased. And did not get toner at all and each procedure calls for it to be pressed on after applying. The wands seem to work great...just very confused on what product is used first and when. The directions are just not very clear....and Francesca's confused me completely. Better directions and I'll continue to be a loyal customer because the products do work.
