Poor design. Everytime it asks us to enter mobile number and OTP. Instead, like other apps, if we register once we should be able to login using PIN. And most of item's name are truncated. We couldn't find the name of the item. Developers - Please fix it.

Like all other apps, including banking apps, for logging in itself, they are not asking otp, everytime. Otp can b strictly made, For important changes, if made thru TNEPDS app. For just checking the status of products available in our Ration Shop also & even for logging in also, it's asking otp, which is very very unnecessary. Once our Ration Card is linked with ur app thru otp, u can just give facility of password, which could be set by us or urself, thru which, v can login easily.Otp,not need

Very worst app. Even students would develop better. Mindless people managing this app and data. Ex: Item names not fully visible in available stocks screen. Category names not fully displayed in complaint registration screen. No option to change phone number, correct spelling mistakes, add childrens, english translation and more issues. Request govt to review the app with professionals, fix the issues and make it more user friendly.
