Warning: Avoid One Assist I've had a disappointing experience with One Assist. What I thought was a straightforward process turned out to be a trap. When I needed to file a claim, I couldn't get direct contact details for customer support. The claims process was frustrating - they would raise points and reject the claim without proper consideration. Based on my experience, I would highly advise against recommending one Assist. The lack of transparency and support made the entire process stress

I have activated the 3 year plan and due to some issues I connect to one assistant app and my TV has been picked for service but in the app pickup status is not updated and trying to connect to customer care but am not able to connect as it automatically gets disconnected. i don't have any proof that my tv has been picked. your chat bot is useless.

The claim process was frustrating and delayed due to miscommunication and technician issues. I had to go through multiple follow-ups and provide extensive proof to get my case resolved. Instead of fixing the TV, they refunded the money, which was unexpected but appreciated. However, I still keep receiving frequent calls from OneAssist even after the issue is resolved, which is unnecessary. I hope they improve their claim handling process and customer communication in the future
