Not a reliable service! We had prebooked our cab and also paid the booking amount. But no cab showed up on the scheduled time. We tried contacting on the helpline, which was switched off. When we finally got connected the answer was Sorry we are overbooked. We had an urgent meeting to attend, but couldn't make it due to the delay. Can't trust this service is you are running on a schedule !

Better than expected. Was apprehensive but it's quite good. Got calls from help desk at the scheduled time and confirmed with me regarding the cab, driver and other things. If they maintain good service, it is better than Ola/Uber as the charges for outstation is much cheaper and all inclusive fare is informed. Any additional waiting time is not charged to me as we stopped for lunch. I am sure they will create more happy customers and get the business rolling. I recommend to use their services
