App is really user friendly and easy to use. Facial enrolments on the app was a breeze compared to the experiences other estate managers had when they moved over to Facial recognition for access control. Technical support by the team is great and has an exceptionally fast turnaround time once a query is logged. Thank you Quintin, Theo and team for doing a great job! (even with difficult customers!)

Thank you very much Franco Landman for your prompt assistance π. My below issue was resolved in less than 24hrs. I am truly grateful. Great customer service π π ------ I am unable to use the app. It keeps giving a pop-up i the Worklist tab "we need permission to access storage" while in the Setting tab it says "Hardware not supported: SM-A127F. This is the case for my Samsung A12 and A32. I have difficulty accessing my residential complex.

Great features, but the implementation could do with some improvements. As the app is refined and polished I could see it getting more user friendly. The GUI could be tweaked for a more modern feel. I'd like to see some intergration with existing smart infrastructure and systems like google assistant and alexa support, that would definitely put the app above the competition.
