They have lots of good parts, everything is properly catalogued, and everything is easy to find. Cancellations, returns, and refunds work smoothly. But delivery does not work smoothly. The delivery dates mentioned are often not honoured. After ordering, I have found that they quietly alter the delivery dates over and over again. If you phone customer service, all that happens is that you get an SMS telling you to do whatever you want on the website. Emails are not answered.

Horrible Experience! I waited 2 months for my order and still didn’t receive it. Support was useless, always saying they were "collecting the item." After all that time, my order was canceled because it was "out of stock," yet the same item is still available to buy! They’re misleading customers by selling items they don’t have. This app is unreliable and dishonest. Stay away!

I recently purchased parts from Boodmo, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely frustrating. Their customer support is virtually non-existent. I've tried reaching out multiple times through their website and email, but I've received no response whatsoever. To make matters worse, the products I ordered turned out to be incompatible with my vehicle. Despite the misleading information provided on their website, Boodmo refused to accept returns. This has left me with useless parts.
