Good, but needs some work. I agree with other reviewers that the controls need some work. Otherwise, having some way to tell which enemies you've reverse engineered magic from would be useful so you don't waste a turn, and by the same token knowing what enemies' weaknesses are without having to rescan. Since there are so many enemies, you can go through five or six battles before you get a repeat, and it's not realistic to expect people to remember that. Otherwise, really fun. Like the music.

why is EVERY ENEMY capable of healing themselves??? I can gain 15 levels in one area and still have to rely on lucky critical hits to beat the lowest level enemies within 10 turns. I like the rest of the old school feel, but that is seriously frustrating. (edit: I love the rapid response. Will definatly give 5 stars when the cast times are reduced.)

You can use the strategy of casting reflect on the enemies to have them reflect their heal spells. I can also look at reducing the cast frequency of healing spells for the lower level enemies.

Man, I really wanted to get into this. The controls, however, make the experience very frustrating. Simply put, there needs to be more control over the DPad. It defaults to the right side and there is no way to move it for personalization. The touch screen also gets in the way as it appears there is no way to dismantle it. I love a good JRPG style, and this looks like it could be fun. It is obviously made with RPGMaker, which is fine. Please fix the controls to make this a much better experience
