Ratings and reviews

The app makes check in and out simple and easy, just scan the QR code and you're good to go. Booking was easy too, and you don't have to hunt online for a coupon code since the reduced rate options are right there. I've used ParkSFO for parking a few times now, so it has ended up being worth it to put another app on my phone.

Works well, but description of how to use needs to be better. Current instructions ask to print the ticket etc., Which is confusing. But you can figure it out if you play with it a bit. It's faster to use this app than going into the office. Plus it has option to email receipt for expenses. A nice add on would be a live count of open parking spots.

Apparently, you need to install the app when you park the car. Then, check in. I installed mid trip and it didn't allow me to check out. Perhaps, it may be good to use GPS in the app to locate you after you push a signal "I'm here" in the app but they claim a shuttle arrives every 5 min so this suggested feature won't be necessary.
