The food tastes good. A little salty. They never seem to get the orders correct when I order online. On multiple burgers there was no lettuce or grilled onions added even though it is on the order. The incomplete orders problem seems to be normal for this place. It has happen both times I used the app. Unfortunately I live 20 miles away and can't come back to get the food fixed. Everybody would be way too hungry by the time I would be able to get new food. 😕 The app is difficult to navigate

Food is awesome. Rewards system in the app is broken. Stopped recording points from purchases. Emailed them and they added the points but now it's not adding them again. Also I have more points needed to earn a reward and have no way of using the rewards. Just says no rewards.

Works decently. Can't always add rewards, though, which is frustrating. Have a reward for a free item. Put it in the cart, but the reward doesn't show when clicking the button to add it. Yet, it's in my rewards profile.
