I have been using thus app for at least a year now and I have not had any major issues relatively. Sometimes the notifications are not timely.. I have however stopped getting notifications since November 30th. My biggest complaint is that the response to emails is unacceptable, if there is a response at all. I would like to stay with thus app but am investigating others and will make a decision based upon this response time.

What I don't understand is the subscription rate where it was stated as 4 profiles for a subscription and another for 10 profiles. I eventually did that of 4 profiles and was unable to see messages, photos and other things except when online and offline. Can I get more explanation to this problem pls. Are the subscription rating responsible for this inability to access the main messages.

Worst app. it took the subscription fee before starting the app and it didn't work atall and no response from the email address mention or the number.
