When performing PIN Test, simply have your spectator name ANY playing card (Ace of clubs, ten of spades, King of Hearts, etc). Your phone is in view the entire time, and it's clear you're not secretly tapping any buttons. You immediately hand them your phone to see that there is only one card in your photos, the exact same card they thought of.
