App is full of shortcomings. You cannot edit your contact or account info in the app. You have to log into their website to make the changes. However, my login credentials that work in the app, will not work on their website, so I am unable to login. I have reached out to their customer support, and they were not able to help. Second, using the Chang's Cash is not possible. When attempting to use the reward, the app keeps throwing an error message saying the reward is not valid.

Unusable due to simple bugs. When you try to order, a toast pops up saying "the sum of your payment methods must equal the order total". But the app is calculating the total, not me! All I've done is enter a single, simple credit card! I have not tried to do anything fancy here like split into multiple payment methods! I just want to order. Ridiculous. This error seems to be because it is stupidly calculating subtotal with tax and another total without tax. I don't care: just want to order food

This is crazy. The app works when it wants. Then you're forced to give a tip. Automated at 15% if you don't check you'd miss it. I'm ordering pickup and I'm forced to apply a tip because you can't put $0.00. Now when I've picked up my food the last 2 times I've given $20 tips because the guys were hussling. Now I'm only buying 1 item so a $20 tip for pick-up is because I want to and appreciate the service I'm receiving. What I won't be is forced to give up my money. They've fixed it now.
