When it works, it's fine, but about 99% of the time, the app won't load my pictures from my photo gallery. I'm lucky if 2 or 3 pictures out of 50 show up. It really defeats the purpose if I can't pull up the photos I want to send to my family. I have also checked that the app is updated (it is) and tried un-installing and re-installing the app. Same issues.

App is really easy to use so far I have had no issues with it and I have been using it for almost 2yrs now. I like how it gives you the option to write a description, put a frame, or a emoji on each picture and also that you can upload videos as well. I also like how it has the date time and weather as well. I must say that I really like this frame I would definitely suggest buying it.

Their support totally sucks. Told them several problems from display brightness, video sound, clock not supporting landscape, and all I got was try a reset which did nothing. I did a follow up request that was ignored. Even the first request took a couple weeks for a responds. Still waiting for help. I've sent pictures of the problem three times now. And all they say is load v2 app. I have v2 app. They just don't listen to my problem. I'm a software developer and an IT guy. I know junk product.
