We recently went to Vietnam 🇻🇳 with my whole family (total 8 pax). It was an amazing experience with hassle free trip. The pick your trail team is so professional and very friendly with full support. PYT sales and marketing team is good. But the after sales support and on-tour support can be a lot better. The chat bot has a lot of scope for improvement - for pretty much most of the time,.it's only a bot and hardly any useful answers. The on-ground team in Balli was good for us which made our trip easy. But the support from PYT as such post payment has been very less compared to on-ground. We expect a better team handling esp during the trip / post payment!

Worst travel team... Didn't understand requirement. I provided all my requirements(room, interest) at time of booking and Preeti told that she will take care of customization but during trip I got to know that she didn't pass the message to ground team. After payment if any modifications required then she told it's not possible but during trip when asked to ground team they told we are happy to do it. Agency is not sharing proper requirements to ground team and that makes worst experience.
