Ratings and reviews

After an update of the "khUshi" app, app is keep on crashing every time. The app is getting closed after some seconds. I have reported the issue directly through mail. Metlife provides suggestions to reinstall the app. I also reinstalled the app as per Metlife suggestion. Still the issue "app crashing and closing the app after sometime." I kindly request, the technical team to debug the app and fix this crash app error issue.

App crashes whenever we try to open. Also, asks for updating the app very frequently and still doesn't fix the bugs.. If this is the case, I don't know how pnbmetlife insurance holders will get benefitted.. Very bad experience and also frustrated as I think we are loosing money for no cause..

Application performance (khusi app) is very low and closed multiple times. I have taken policy by online (third party), guided me wrongly, waste my money, informed incorrectly, never pick my call after 3 months. They miselled it and processed it. I took multiple steps and follow up from PNB team and finally I decided to quit policy and lost money. It will not recommend anyone to take it, be aware.
