About this app

The most complete set for believers:
- Bible offline
- Prayers, icons, akathists
- Church calendar with fasting diet
- Free, no ads, in Russian
- According to your ideas

The uniqueness of the application is that it is created according to your ideas and suggestions, and that is why it will be closer and more useful to you than others. The principle is simple, like a wiki: you write in the comments what should be in it and how it should look, and we do it. Your contribution to the creation of the most valuable application for the believer will be a good deed and you will be grateful to thousands of believers around the world. Let's build a Mobile Church together!

In the section "Prayers" there is:
• texts of morning and evening prayers
• possibility to download many other prayers (with internet):
o Commitment to Holy Communion
o Thanksgiving prayers for Holy Communion
o Prayers at Easter Hours
o Prayer for those who are going on the road
o the driver's prayer

The Icons section contains images of popular icons. At the same time, reduced copies of images are initially stored in the application (in order to ensure the small size of the application), and when you click on each, the full version of the icon will be loaded.

The built-in calendar is compiled in accordance with the official calendar of the Russian Orthodox Church, which is issued by the Publishing House of the Moscow Patriarchate of the Russian Orthodox Church.

The description of the calendar indicates the names of holidays, the names of saints and icons that are revered on this day.
For each day of fasting (including Great Lent) you will see a note about what diet should be on that date. For example, "dry eating (bread, vegetables, fruits)".

The church calendar uses the same color scheme and coloring logic as the official calendar of the Russian Orthodox Church:
• red - major church holidays
• blue - days of fasting
• dark yellow - days of continuous weeks (release from fasting)
• gray - days of special commemoration of the departed

Application functions and settings:
• you can make a bookmark and return to it later (click on the text and hold for 2s)
• night reading mode
• font size selection
• Church Slavonic dictionary (definitions of church terms)

Revelation of St. Ap. John the Evangelist
Revelation of John the Evangelist

The Bible truthfully answers questions that have worried people from time immemorial: "How did man appear?", "What happens to people after death?", "Why are we here on earth?", "Can we know the meaning and meaning of life?" . Only the Bible reveals the truth about God, points the way to eternal life, and explains the eternal problems of sin and suffering.
The Bible is divided into two parts: the Old Testament, which tells about the participation of God in the life of the Jewish people before the coming of Jesus Christ, and the New Testament, which gives information about the life and teachings of Christ in all His truth and beauty.
The Bible is a collection of books and therefore you can start reading from anywhere. If you have not been familiar with the Bible before, you might want to start reading the Gospel of John, one of the New Testament books that describes the life of Jesus Christ. These books are written by the disciples of Christ.
Following the development of early Christianity, you can move on to reading the book of the Acts of the Apostles. It begins with the events with which John ends his exposition, and continues to tell about the tragedy of the first Christians and how they spread the Good News of Jesus Christ throughout the world.
You can then move on to reading the Epistle to the Romans by the apostle Paul. It explains how people with their selfish nature can receive the grace of God.
