I have been a user of this application since the last 3 years but now this company dedicated the amounts without confirmation and anyone asking the reason. This amount is detected by the bank. No one is ready for the help and no sharing the right information. I have advised all of these customers please don't use the service with home credit.

Phone app experience is really nice but the collection managers are really getting in your nerves., before the tenure gets completed they have removed my loan on the app. Overestimating the pending amount. Legal dhamkiya dena. Despite of paying more amount they are saying wrong amount is pending, emi are pending. Yes my last emis are pending but giving legal harassment to a genuine customer. Please take a note of this home credit team. As I am not denying to pay the loan.

Totally useless and scam app because I bought a phone on EMI and they deducted extra money from me even though the phone was for 13k, it became 15k on EMI, but slowly they deducted extra money and now it has become an expense of 17k for me. What should I do when I call to customer care they told me that it's not in their hands. Scammer app
