great game overall, but I wish they didn't take away the ability to change pets in battle and use items. also, I'd love for the English game to have an app too since the online site keeps refreshing on its own and buffering. an app for English might just be more convenient, honestly. otherwise, very enjoyable and challenging.

Okay, I used to really like this game; it had simple controls, fun ways to study math and English, everything an educational game needed. But the new update with the new character design is really awful. Compared to the old design, the new character just looks so lifeless and boring. To add onto it, the controls became more difficult to figure out. It also seems way more pay-to-play then before, with promotions of the membership everywhere.

This was fun, but the art changed and the game lost its unique and fun game feeling, it just felt like a cheap update to roll in interest. Some of the game mechanics also changed in a way that didn't make sense. I liked how cool the pets I collected were, and now they all have these cute expressions on, if they are targeting this for 9-12, I feel like there shouldn't be a need to make it baby game-coded. Even the app still keeps the pixel art style, I wish you could just pick a mode to play on.
