After upgrade of app, cannot log in at all. Uninstall and install ultimate time still the same. Even tried going in a tcc cafe to try the app but the app keep saying no network although connected to tcc wireless as well as using data. Our tcc$ forfeitted while trying to log in your new app. Do something with your new app and return our tcc$.

Highly difficult to launch the app, literally have to uninstall and install everytime. And once you get to access it, the estore doesn't even load up. So as a TCC member, you are forced to use a poorly developed app that literally doesn't allow you to use your member benefits.

I have the same issue with the other account holders, perpetually in loading stage. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Still the same. Clear cache, no help at all. Unable to load. What's the use of marketing alerts on offers and promotions when we can't load the apps?
