The food is great, the service has deteriorated quickly, sometimes the staff is still great. I'm guessing it's due to poor pay/management by owners. Catering orders taste amazing, but are almost impossible to place. Constant app issues, rewards not working. I used to go every chance I got, but I'd rather not waste my time half the time now as another fast good place is gonna be cheaper and quicker. The customer experience used to be phenomenal. Pancheros has become part of the corporate greed.

I've always like the food. I also understand being under staffed. I've had good experiences but the last 4-5 have been nit the greatest. I usually use mobile ordering and not in peak times. 4 of my last 5 burritos have cold meat and all... this last time ny burrito was made absolutely horrible. nothing mixed up and the tortilla fell apart and spilled all over. saved till I got home and had to put in a bowl. The food is good though. 👍

It is great for ordering quickly and easily online, but one of the previous updates must have removed the ability to cancel an online order and force you to call the store. To me, it takes away from some of the apps old versatility. I live an hour away from the nearest Pancheros and usually order ahead if I know I will be heading to a town with one in it and if something comes up and I can't cancel it is a little annoying. Please fix this and I will rate 5 stars
