New app will not allow me to change vial while device is unplugged or on my own. If the feature is there, it's not in an obvious location. Now I get to squat on the floor and struggle to take a photo of a tiny qr code while it's plugged in. Also, why do I not get notifications that the scents are low? It is not my top priority to enter the app regularly to check the levels. Why isn't this a feature?

Hi Emily, you can change out your vials without unplugging it using these steps in your app: click Diffusers, click on a diffuser, and click the Swap icon in the lower left corner. We are in the process of working on our fragrance notifications and have temporarily paused them. Please reach out to support@pura.com if you have questions or feedback.

Was on the phone for almost an hour trying to get the problem fixed and it's still not working. The app keeps crashing/stopping while I'm trying to put in new scents. It's definitely the app that's the problem. I've trouble shooted and have updated the app, my phone, etc. I've only had this pura 4 for a month or so. Just long enough to use up initial fragrance and buy new fragrance that the app refuses to accept and work. Very frustrated! The app sucks!!

I've had the pura devices for over a year. No major problems until recently. The physical devices constantly flash red like they are not connected. The app just says to update the app to the latest version (the update is what I think caused the problem). Outside of that it wants me to reset all the devices and check my wifi. It's a bit ridiculous considering it's a wholistic system issue, and my wifi works. My devices no longer function, and there is no real fix.
