Bought a lot of products from this company. It worked fine with the app for about a month and now it's connecting, but not working correctly. Clicking the mode feature it just sends me to a black screen and copies a random message to my clipboard. Tech support takes forever to reply and essentially told me that it's my fault for having a phone that doesn't like their app as if I'm the only person using an android or Motorola. No resolution, just wasted money.

If the app won't connect to your lights, make sure you have both location and file access enabled! After spending too much time fighting with the app, I reached out to MIC Tuning support through their website. A rep contacted me via email, and was quite helpful for the troubleshooting we made it through before I figured it out. The app absolutely requires location and file access to work. It does not need the mic, but without location and file access, it will not be able to connect. Once I figured out the connection issue, I'm fairly impressed with the app. Easy to use color picker, programming seems easy, and it does what it says on the tin. Only three stars because it should not require location access.

Update. Opened the app this morning and it had my information back on the app as well as my devices but wouldn't connect to both devices only 1. Pulled the fuses to let it reset and now they're working fine. App is definitely glitchy and could use some fine tuning. Worked great for a month then randomly logged me off and when I opened the app it had my information as Simon and the lights will not turn on or register on the app making them useless.
