If you unsubscribe from your plan but have a large amount of hours, you will lose the hours if you decide to unsubscribe. Ridiculous policy. But besides that it really is a very useful app. Edit: after speaking with the team in charge, I was able to have my hours last for another year. The team responds very quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend this app

Brilliant app. Easy to use. Had my first lesson today. Clear video and can switch to Quran pages during class. Subscribed to a monthly plan and initially the payment kept saying declined but actually went through 5 times. I contacted the team and they kindly refunded the error. Very easy to contact them and very quick response. So far impressed alhamdulillah

The tutors who have subscribed to the paid plan are only getting new students. The other ones only see the inactive students. This is so embarrassing that they claim of not taking anything from tutors but only a minor frpm students, but in reality there is much more difference. This behavior wasn't earlier but since a few (6-8) months. The charges of interviews are also added.... I got only two replies out of about 600 msgs and the replying persons were also tutors🫡
