Love qvc, been shopping with them 20+ years. Recently bought lamps and love them, wanted to be able to go on my account and order another set, however you can't access order history if you have no pending orders. Also I can't leave a review for an item in the app.

I have been a qvc customer for 20 years plus. All of a sudden I have stopped receiving tsv's. I contacted qvc who gave me a new website address to load. I have received no spam and haven't changed anything on my phone. They then updated my records from their end and it worked for 2 days, now it no longer works.

You changed installment payments to opt in,, I use a smart phone (Samsung Galaxy. I can't opt into these payments. I've had advice from tech people to scroll down, but I can't scroll down. Have you ever heard the the phrase, " if it ain't broke, don't fix it"? I've been a customer for many years, you check up. This is discrimination. Not happy. ( I don't have a computer/ lap top or other ways to connect to the Internet. Also. Why do brand names disappear? Quacker Factory? I've run out of space!

What's new

We've been taking things apart and putting them back together again to clean out the cobwebs. You won't notice any change to your experience, except perhaps a few bugs we've swept away.
