Process for adding my railcard to the app on a new phone isn't working, leaving me on a train without a valid railcard. Tried 'contact us' which says they will get back to me in 10 days! Travel is difficult enough as a disabled person without this additional hassle to deal with. Checked, and I do have the latest version, so that clearly isn't the problem.

Instructions and guidance to put my rail card on a new phone was no help. didn't cover the whole process and left me having to try and guess. Ultimately I couldn't buy a ticket as staff neither knew how to resolve the issue and blamed me for not having bought a paper Network card. Told I'll have to buy full fare tickets and learn how to use the App properly in my own time - no one here can help you.

Poor experience, have a 16-17 Railcard, got a new phone and needed to add it, I followed the get a new download code in the app and had to login, the page took me to the Railcard login and I spend about half an hour attempting to login and recover my password. I only learnt at the bottom of the support page you have to use a different website to login for the 16-17 Railcard, they are completely different somehow. Wouldn't have this problem if I could just add the card to Google wallet.
