As a merchant and a buyer,this app was really good at first but now every once in a while parcels get lost,takes a long time to recieve payment, delivery men are rude and sometimes dont call the buyer and cancel the orders on their own the management service has become really bad you have to call the customer service every time for a problem and then they also take really long time to get things fixed it has become really annoying im deleting this app soon after i receive my payment

Totally tash app. Even a freshly graduated software developer can even make a smooth app with great UI. Using their service since 2020 and there has been no change in their app since then. There's no sign of maintenance. The app doesn't even show a proper list of dispatched parcels. Probably some toddler built this app or I don't know what else were they thinking. That's not how you do logistics business mate!

It's a great app, easy to use & quick delivery service but there's a problem. One's I create a account I fill all the information but There's no setting or option to change that address or phone number that I wrote before. I think it's a huge problem for users like me. Because I study somewhere & my family lives somewhere. Please 🙏 add this option on settings
