Crafted as an indispensable companion tool for field crews, the Render Networks Android app offers a comprehensive overview of assigned work, equipping crews with essential information and instructions for efficient task completion. Beyond delivering crucial details, the app empowers crews to create, collect and submit real-time as-built data, including information about completed work, materials used, and identification of any issues requiring attention. Crews can also redline task geometries/locations and provide photographic evidence, supporting supervisors and project managers in quality assurance and compliance activities.

The Android version shares key features with Render's iOS offering, enabling users to:
- View tasks through Map and List views
- Access detailed task information
- Collect as-built task information using task forms
- Create new tasks
- Redline Tasks (Edit task geometries)
- Manage task photos
- Access document and files from task details
- View geo-referenced "Site Plans" construction drawings as a visual overlay directly on the map
- Sync data back to the Render Database
- Split Linear Task – Split linear tasks into 2–4 segments on the map, reassign task types per segment, and create transition points, with real-time length calculation.
- Field Quality Agent (FQA) – AI-powered photo quality checks (blur, brightness, distance, recency) at the point of capture, with AI-driven task review. Paid add-on, free 30-day trial available.

Our app is optimized for modern mid-range to high-end smartphones and tablets, with better performance on newer models (e.g., released within the last 5 years). Minimum specifications include Android 13+ and at least 3GB RAM. We support devices from popular brands such as Samsung, Google Pixel, Sony Xperia, Oppo, Motorola, Lenovo and OnePlus. Our app focuses on portrait-only use to ensure an optimal experience. While we strive for broad compatibility, seamless performance on all Android devices cannot be guaranteed due to the diversity of the Android ecosystem.
