The app itself is fine when it works. But if you try to order a ride paying with a card, and they cannot initially find an available driver, you will be charged anyway. This has happened to me several times & the "pending charges" stay on my account for 4-6 DAYS (making those funds unavailable) until the company finally finalizes things and/or cancels the faulty charges. NOT good.

I just wish you could actually cancel the ride if you need/have 2.Cause life comes at us unexpectedly, so things occur that we have absolutely no control over, so it sucks making a driver come all the way over to wherever your being picked up from if you have an emergency and have to cancel the trip, thats messed up..I dislike the fact that we cant just switch the payment option during the ride, if we didnt realize till after ordering the car that we didnt have enough cash on hand to pay.

Waste of time. I have tried to use this app on multiple occasions and have never truly been successful. Today I was in luck a driver 3 minutes away and I selected to pay cash. When he arrived he wouldn't open the door and said that he wasn't going to Brooklyn foe thw amount I was quoted on the app. I was appalled. I flagged down a yellow taxi and am in it as I write this review. Never again.
