This app is very good for neet aspirants. In 2024 when I was a neet aspirant this app is very usefull . But now when I open the app and click one chapter that chapter is locked 🔒 . pls pls anyone tell me why the chapters locked and how to unlock 🔓

I paid for lifetime subscription. The money is deducted from bank account but the content for me is not unlocked. Resolve this issue and activate my subscription plan.
