Ratings and reviews

Terrible service for providers. They assign you calls and then remove them midway through the service. According to a "supervisor " there is no direct number to contact dispatch for support. Instead, you need to email them and they'll usually reply within 1-2 business days. They also only allow you to accept calls at rates that are 1/4 of your contracted rates.

how to flat tire requested assistance was charged $95 on credit card and hour goes by. no one ever showed up. no one ever came canceled service and is still being charged $93 with no way on the app to speak to customer support.

Enroute/toll tracking are both garbage. For years now. Constantly rips you off on tolls and consistently sends notifications of 'we see you're running late and are 13 min away' when you're literally on site with the customer staring at their vehicle. You'll be 5 min away, and the system will tell the customer you're running 20 min late. Leading to upset customers and canceled calls. This from a multimillion dollar nationwide company. Honk should be embarrassed by how bad their app is.
