Extremely terrible service in Bangalore. I booked travelled 1 hr to get a bike, reached on time. The bike manager there told that the bike is not available because previous bike renter didn't return on time. I had to negotiate with 1 hr 45 mins. All they provided is the refund of the booking and no to and fro charges no token on apology only verbal apology. It's a very unreliable service. Only book some lower class vehicle so that your chances of getting it are 0 to fine.
