Ratings and reviews

Useless. Can't see your credit card statement. They only show the minimum balance. A truly useless app. And if you try to log onto their internet banking, you'll face a flashing sign-in page that is stuck in a loop. Absolutel nightmare. That, coupled with poor customer service, makes this bank an absolute no-no. Even after the update, the app is useless. Furthermore, as a bank they're hopeless at dealing with fraud. I reported fraudulent transactions and they did nothing. I had to cancel my card

The worst app upgrade execution. It crashes on my tablet which is registered as my Smart Pass device and doesn't let me use the older app. Been trying to get my Smart pass deactivated for 2 months to use the app on a new device but of no avail. Haven't been able to use my own account. Horrible experience Funnily, the spelling of the word "details" is incorrect!! That's the level of professionalism and performance!

Horribly outdated and slow comparing to other banking apps. It's practically useless. This app really needs to be improved. It's extremely slow even on good and phones, it barely makes it through during the login process. There's many lags, glitches and bugs. Many things need to be fixed for this app to be considered good. As of now, it's one star and nothing more.
