I have to agree with others regarding the speed of this app. SLOW. Also, I have encountered more than once where when adding items to my order that are on sale and % off, the regular price shows up after a few minutes and completely delays check out for me. Can't check out when the prices are wrong. I have had so much trouble with this that I give up on purchasing and have literally lost reward points because I can't get the prices to change back to the sale price. Love Saks,don't like the app.

This app is slower than anything I've sat through to listen to. Just constant loading. You go to favorite 1 item... be careful, you'll be there an easy 10 minutes before you realize you should just close the app (and maybe run). Glitches like crazy!! Adds constant duplicates of an item... or doesn't add your item at all. I'm honestly very surprised and taken back by the fact that SAKS out of all companies, doesn't have a better app. This app is just overall poorly designed and runs very poorly.

App is very very very slow when browsing but what's been the worst is that it does not allow me to buy anything after 2 purchases...everytime I go to my cart it says "Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again later." This also happens when i try web browser instead of app. Lost rewards, points and birthday discount. So many gifts I wanted to buy over the past few months. I don't understand what the problem is at all so frustrated
