Good idea, buggy implementation. Salesrabbit lacks a lot of features you'd expect to see, and the ones it has are hidden in a bad UI for what should be a simple program. Assigning leads to other people seems buggy, and supports only advice is to reinstall the app. It'd be nice if the app let you pick a state or at least a country, it's annoying to put in a street address and have it pull up a street in Africa or Europe.

not happy with the app. just too much hassle to make it functional for reps. In the field the color applied to a zone is overlayed. Imagine looking for home details and you have to see a green film over the entire neighborhood, even on zoom-in !!! Then, you can't click a home for starting route- u have to type in an address or copy it from somewhere else. Drains battery FASST too! crashed and they said to re-load. So, it's ok to lose all the work a rep has done on the streets (the whole purpose of the app)? Instead of making a bunch of notes and favorites and other garbage, how about just spend time mastering what this is supposed to do. If I want notepads and task managers, I'll go download one. We want a canvass app that works - better yet, that works well.

Very easy to learn and use CRM. Love the mapping feature. The funneling/filtering of leads takes some getting used to but once you do its easy to navigate through your leads. Chat help feature is super fast and reps are knowledgeable and helpful. I wish I could actually see different pipelines but that isn't a make or break for me.
