Hello, Frontier Communication sent me a email about the sam Know's app and was wondering what it's all about. I went and signed up for the device but I also just installed the app without signing in does this also give information to the FCC if I have it set to Wi-Fi only idle and charging every 15 minutes to do a test can we see it. We are here in Michigan and have their DSL 6 megabytes and it is just so slow. They haven't done one since 2006 and it's been six megabytes all these years.

Lovely app! Very easy to use, reliable every time I've had to run a speed test and I would say their algorithm and testing process is much more accurate than other online tools. The animations help visualise testing and make it easier to explain to non-techies. I would love to be able to see my Whitebox data in the app, but when I click on the section in the nav bar, it just shows me a button to sign up for one when I have one already! Please add this feature, cheers!

Great in some areas poor in others. The issue is running tests directly through the app When running a mobile speed test. The server that is selected is new Zealand. I am located in qld Australia. The server is over 1000km away. When there is several known servers located within Australia. This will skew and reduce the quality of the results. And is a big issue. The sam knows white box speed test on home internet selects the correct server (closest) every signle time. Plz fix this ASAP thxs
