I ordered food often from here but no more. I did make a mistake and had the food sent to the wrong address but it's less than 2 minutes away (i couldn't go outside) and when i azked if he could come to the new address he wouldn't listen to me and told me to cancel. I wasn't allowed to cancel. He left my food outside in the open air for more than 30 minutes and the company made him go back and pick up my contaminated food anyways which we could have done IN THE BEGINNING. I lost $20...

It is a worst app we cannot even translate it even it shows to login but we cannot understand it has no option to translate 😡🤬😤

As a foreigner, this app has been easy to use. Despite the lack of language options (it's a Korean app in Korean), it is very convenient. I've only had two issues with deliveries, which were resolved quickly over chat once and a call another time. Refunded quickly or had a missing item delivered promptly. It's sad to see Americans giving low scores on this app because they can't figure out how to translate. It's bizarre that foreigners think an application deserves 1 star because no English..
