Primitive app design. Unintuitive. Clumsy. The layout and functionality need to be updated badly. The actual dash cams are amazing, but this app does not make it easy to understand the various options available and what choices mean. Also, the connection process needs to be easier once you've already linked your phone to the dash cam. Also, let me choose a download folder for videos and media, like my regular folder for photos, not some obscure folder I have to hunt for on my device.

$400 camera and you get garbage for an app, won't connect, disconnects, you get an awesome walk-through of how to connect EVERY TIME you open the app and then it doesn't connect. The camera turns off wifi constantly, if you push the wifi button it tess you to f off because it is now recording since you bumped it. Only way to turn wifi on is through voice command which is spotty at best. The remote button will stop and start working randomly. It is overpriced trash.

The app works ok once it's connected. I think the issue is actually the camera. After it powers on, you have to wait a minute or two before the app can connect. Then, if you wait too long it also won't connect. You have to time it right. Really too dang picky for something you want to work WHILE YOU'RE DRIVING. Stoopid!
